Industripartner was founded in February 1992, and is today a distributor of tools and machinery, industrial supplies and merchant steel among other things. The employed owners will continue work in new positions within Ahlsell's sales organisation.
Ahlsell has made more than 40 acquisitions during the last ten-year period, and Industripartner will be Ahlsell's 91st establishment in Sweden.
The acquisition is estimated to take effect on May 2, 2007.
